I'm a wife of an Emirati man and mother of 4 special kids (I know all moms say their kids are special but how cute do they look in their local dresses!). We live in the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi.

I fell in love with the United Arab Emirates the moment I put foot here, over 12 years ago!

My husband and children are all born here so this country is my home now.

It's a place like no other and I decided to make a blog to share all the amazing things the country has to offer!

When I first came here in 2005, most of the people I knew did not hear or seem to know much about the United Arab Emirates. Nowadays, if I just mention the city "Dubai", people get so excited! It's a conversation starter for sure! People will tell me they saw it on T.V, how amazing it looks, and ask me all kinds of questions but they all end with the same statement: "I would love to go visit one day!" 

It shows what a positive image we have around the world and how Dubai & Abu Dhabi have put the United Arab Emirates on the Worldwide map as a top destination!

Just look at everything this country has accomplished and made for itself so far!  To be honest, there is no place like it in the World! You see bits & pieces of our landmarks & deserts in blockbuster movies & music videos, celebrities come here all the time for red carpets & grand openings, you hear us on the news when they build unbelievable architectural projects and make new world records, and the list goes on and on...

I got 2 words for it: IT'S SURREAL! 

The U.A.E is only 45 years old and it keeps getting better & better as the years pass!

 

I truly feel lucky to live in such an amazing place with the most diversified population I know. I have made the U.A.E. my home and a safe place to raise my family. And I know my children will have the best time growing up here because the country has so much to offer! In the future, I'm sure they will have huge opportunities they won't be able to pass or find anywhere else!
